Beautiful Sunny Day as 22 members and friends of the Cape Breton Island Hoppers ventured along an old abandoned road along the edge of the mountain that eventually winds its way to the top of the mountain near Hwy 105. Along the way our walk leader and guide Norm Johnston pointed out where former farm homes had been located.
We were pleased to have Gerry and Carol Veachrouch from St. Albert, Alberta, CBIH Members Lee and Suzanne Lazaro - Marion Bridge/Corvallis Oregon and our newest walker/member Pat Passerini from South Bar, glad to have you all aboard for today's walk event and hope to see you on the trail at another time.
Thank you to Janice and Norm Johnston for being our walk leaders and guides and for introducing us to a new trail. Great job!

Photos Compliments of CBIH member John Merrick - John is a resident of Dartmouth and summer resident in Boularderie. This is John's last walk with the CBIH for this season. See you next year.
