SILENT AUCTION FUND RAISER

The CVF Annual General Meeting and Convention 2010 organizers have begun the process of organizing a "Silent Auction" to take place as part of the fun activities of the convention weekend.
Individual Club Members and All clubs and organizations within the CVF who wish to donate an item can now do so by contacting the CB Island Hoppers Ways and Means Committee Chairperson Terry Crawleytgcrawley@bellaliant.net
and/or Judy Lorway judylorway@hotmail.com
Terry and Judy will be quite happy to let you know when and where to send the item(s) or they can let you know who to give these to when you arrive at the Convention Registration sign-in area.
This is a good way to promote your club or association, an excellent way to show support for your club, please feel free to add a label onto the item marked "Donated by CLUB NAME" and we would suggest something that also promotes your province, city, town or region.
We thank you for your support and look forward to seeing you all in Cape Breton on 28-31 May, 2010.
Terry Crawley, Judy Lorway"
