HEAL Cape Breton, (Healthy Eating, Active Lifestyle) Walk Program begins  at noon hour, Tuesday, 05 January 2010 at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital at the cafeteria entrance, at the rear entrance of the hospital. This is a 6 week walking program and would be an excellent program for the busy or novice walker to help get in shape for our spring and summer walk events. A File photo, sorry not one of Shirlee's Cats! But I'm sure she has one just as cute!

Dear Joe and Elsie,

Thank you for thinking of us and wishing us happy holidays.  We also wish you both a very Merry Christmas and look forward to seeing you in the New Year.

We enjoyed the Christmas get together and meeting everyone.  We know we are going to enjoy playing and walking with all you good folk.  Merry Christmas from "The Shanks" - Shirlee and John and all our critters.

"Shirlee's Cat Rescue Program"

Please remember if you will.  I do cat rescue and have many cats up for adoption looking for good homes.

Please pass this on to those you know if you hear of anyone looking for a cat.  My cats have all been restored to good health and are spay and neutered.  I have some lovely ones.  It helps  to get the word out there. You never know who you could be talking to or hearing of someone looking for a cat.  My number. is 564-6216.
