Walk: (42 km)
registration 7:45 am – walk starts 8:00 am
This is a self-guided walk for the most part, taking
place on level groomed rail trail, park trails and a small amount on
sidewalk. Easy footing.
Check point will be the Louis Millet Centre. Bags
can be left at the centre where you will stop to enjoy your lunch, bathroom
break etc. around noon.

All
participants should dress in layers, bring water, sunscreen, bug spray, lunch
and snacks.
