CB Island Hoppers and Friends,
Our
2015 walk schedule has had a very rough start for the 2015 season with
two cancellations due to storms and ice conditions on local side-walks,
BUT that is now all behind us and we will be WALKING this coming
weekend rain, sleet or shine and whatever else Cape Breton weather
throws at us.
Long term forecast calls for a cloudy day and temperature at 6 Celsius.
Be prepared for any weather changes but the walk will go on.
LETS THROW OFF THOSE WINTER BLAHS!!!
LETS LOOK FORWARD TO WALKING FOR THE FUN OF IT!
Come join us on Sunday 26 April @ 1:30 for registration and then we step off at 2:00 pm.
Walk Event will Start and End at 109 Ferry Street - this is the parking lot and canteen area for "Open Hearth Park".

newest schedule for the ROOTS TO BOOTS FESTIVAL being held in
Louisbourg 11 - 14 June will be available at the walk event or upon
request by email.
Before
or After the Walk Event this coming Sunday please check with the club
president Cal Thistle for the Beggars Banquet Registration Form/walk
events to be held during the festival.
Preregistration is a must for the banquet and includes a special low price for CBIH Members only.
The registration form is also available upon request by responding to this email.
If you are a new member or have not reinstated your membership do it now to avoid paying full price for the banquet!
